Job summary

Glass Doctor Barrie is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers in our showroom. You will greet visitors, answer phones, process payments, and support the team with administrative tasks.

No glass experience is required; full training is provided. A positive, customer-focused attitude and reliable, organized work habits are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service, reception, or other customer-facing experience required
• Comfortable using computers, and POS systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Administrative or office coordination experience is an asset
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to embrace new challenges
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a genuine desire to help people

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
• Greeting walk-in customers and providing a welcoming experience
• Entering in customer information and job details, and directing to the appropriate sales members
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist with filing, email communication, and general office tasks
• Help Maintain a clean and organized showroom
