Job summary

StreetSide, the multi-family division of Qualico, is seeking a Sales Assistant in Calgary. You will support the sales process, maintain showhomes and the sales centre, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the home buying journey.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, offering tours, answering inquiries, qualifying buyers, and coordinating financing and progress updates. A strong communicator with at least 6 months of sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, CRM and accounting software (HubSpot, NewStar).

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and deliver excellent service.
• Provide showhome tours, product information and guide the purchase process.
• Answer calls and emails, book appointments.
• Qualify potential purchasers and assist in converting them into buyers.
• Track customer information and assist in obtaining financing.
• Maintain showhomes and sales centre appearance.
• Coordinate project changes and provide progress updates to customers.
