Job summary

Sterling Homes, a unit of Qualico, seeks a Sales Assistant to support the Edmonton show homes and sales centres and deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the home buying journey. This full-time role reports to the Manager, Sales and Marketing and involves show home tours, inquiries, and administrative tasks in a dynamic sales environment.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, organized, and able to coordinate appointments, qualify buyers, and assist with financing

Qualifications

Act as the first point of contact for customers and provide excellent service.
Provide show home tours, product information and purchase process; book appointments.
Qualify potential purchasers and coordinate financing.
Maintain show homes and sales centre; manage admin tasks.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers and ensure excellent service is provided.
Provide show home tours, product information and purchase process; answer calls and emails.
Qualify potential purchasers and assist in financing coordination.
Inspect and maintain show homes and sales centre appearance.
Support customers throughout the home building process and coordinate walkthroughs.
Perform data entry, filing, calendar management and office supply tasks.
