Qualico's StreetSide Developments Edmonton is seeking a Sales Representative to handle direct sales of new homes and deliver an exceptional customer experience through every stage of the home-buying process.

You will be the main contact for customers, build relationships, meet sales targets, and stay informed about promotions and market trends; familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customers and assess their needs to recommend suitable homes.

• Market show homes actively while staying informed on promotions and competitors.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure customer requirements are met.
