Job summary

As a team lead, you will model Starbucks guiding principles, train new partners, provide constructive feedback, and maintain attendance and cash handling standards while fostering a positive, collaborative work

Responsibilities

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customers for cues.
• Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond to create a welcoming Third Place environment.
• Assists with new partner training by reinforcing performance and providing coaching.
• Provides feedback to store manager on partner performance during shift.
• Creates a positive learning environment by providing coaching and feedback to partners on shift.
• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by putting the customer first.
• Develops positive relationships with shift team and understands individual motivation and concerns.
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts and handles opening/closing duties.
