Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• As a team lead, deploy partners and delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience for customers.
• Provide legendary customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and a clean, comfortable store environment.
• Model and act in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality during shifts.
• Follow cash handling, safety, and security policies to protect partners and customers.
• Coach and develop partners on shift to ensure operational excellence and strong performance.
