Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in Brockville, Ontario is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in running daily operations during scheduled shifts.

You will lead a small team of partners, delegate tasks, and ensure the Starbucks Experience is delivered with legendary service, quality beverages, and a clean, welcoming store environment. You will model Starbucks guiding principles, provide coaching to partners, train new hires, manage opening and closing duties, and maintain cash

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach teammates.
• Strong communication skills for effective team and customer interactions.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced retail setting and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote Starbucks culture and mission.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during high volume periods to keep store operations to standard.
