You will model Starbucks guiding principles, train partners, ensure legendary customer service, maintain a clean store, and uphold safety and cash-handling procedures.

The role focuses on strong team leadership, excellent customer care, and adherence to store policies to create a great customer experience

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
