Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Alliston, Ontario to assist the store manager in executing daily operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead partners, delegate tasks, and deliver the Starbucks Experience through prompt service, quality beverages and products, and a clean store environment.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles, support training, and help maintain outstanding customer service while ensuring policies on cash, safety, and operations are followed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.

• Familiarity with retail operations and store policy.
