Responsibilities

• Maintains a calm demeanor during high volume periods to keep store operations to standard.
• Anticipates customer and store needs and cues.
• Communicates information to the manager so the team can respond to create the Third Place environment.
• Assists with new partner training and coaching as needed.
• Provides feedback to the store manager on partner performance.
• Creates a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in morale.
• Delivers legendary customer service by putting the customer first.
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts and opens/closes as assigned.
• Follows cash handling and safety procedures to ensure partner safety.
