Job summary

Push Operations in Oakville, Ontario, is seeking a Lead the Shift supervisor to guide the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee food safety, product quality, and service standards while managing busy periods with focus and energy.

This full-time role requires reliable leadership, effective communication, and a proactive approach to coaching, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and staff stay motivated.

Location: 1011 Upper Middle Rd E Unit C17, Oakville, ON L6H 4L2

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: 35–40 hours per week

Pay: $18.25–$19 per hour + gratuities

• Lead and support the team during assigned shifts

• Assign tasks and ensure team members complete their responsibilities
• Keep the team organized and efficient during busy periods
• Assist with cash handling and shift procedures
• Monitor product, ingredients, and packaging levelsLead opening and closing procedures
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
• Coach and provide feedback to team members when needed
• Communicate operational issues to the management team
• Lead by example and help create a positive team environment

Schedule & Availability

This is a full-time position, approximately 35–40 hours per week.

Strong preference will be given to candidates available for closing shifts:

• Monday–Thursday: Available to close until 12:00 AM
• Friday–Saturday: Available to close until 1:00 AM

Closing responsibilities include completing cleaning, restocking, food-safety procedures, cash/closing procedures, and ensuring the store is properly secured and ready for the next day.

Applicants should be comfortable working late-night closing shifts on a consistent basis.
