Job summary

Crumbl is seeking a dedicated Lead to supervise daily restaurant operations in London, Ontario. You will guide the team through shifts, ensure quality and safety, and maintain a welcoming customer experience. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and hands-on coaching in a high-volume setting.

The position is full-time with late-night closing shifts, requiring reliability, strong communication, and a proactive work ethic to help the store run smoothly and win customer loyalty.

Schedule & Availability

This is a full-time position, approximately 35–40 hours per week.

Strong preference will be given to candidates available for closing shifts:

• Monday–Wednesday: Available to close until 1:00 AM
• Thursday–Saturday: Available to close until 2:00 AM

Closing responsibilities include completing cleaning, restocking, food-safety procedures, cash/closing procedures, and ensuring the store is properly secured and ready for the next day.

Applicants should be comfortable working late-night closing shifts on a consistent basis.
