Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in Calgary (Quarry Park) is seeking a vibrant baker to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. You will read Crumbl recipes, decorate finished products, and ensure items meet safety and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates are efficient, friendly, and detail-oriented, capable of working early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Paid training is provided, with room for growth within the Crumbl crew.

Qualifications

  • Experience in baking or food preparation preferred.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality inspections of ingredients and products.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Willingness to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift items in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Read and understand Crumbl recipes.
  • Decorating and displaying the finished product.
  • Testing ingredients and finished goods to meet safety and quality controls.
  • Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, taking orders and processing payments.
  • Keeping records related to deliveries, inventory and production levels.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries by capturing client information.

Job description

We are located inQuarry Parkshopping centre and we are searching for vibrant, positive people looking forpermanentPart Time - Full Time work, who will be a part of bringing the world’s best desserts to our community.

We search for skilled, creative bakers who strive to provide high-quality baked goods and services in an efficient, professional manner. The Baker understands recipes, performs quality checks on ingredients and finished products, uses frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers.

As a baker, you will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, make sure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed.

To be a successful baker, you should be efficient, friendly, focused on food quality and customer satisfaction, be decisive, attentive, and have a strong understanding of baking techniques.

Baker Responsibilities:
  • Read and understand Crumbl recipes
  • Decorating and displaying the finished product
  • Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
  • Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
  • Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries accurate and timely
  • Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
Baker Requirements:
  • Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
  • Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
  • Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability
  • Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment
  • Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
  • Provide a world class customer experience in a fun, fast-paced environment
  • Previous baking experience preferred -Paid Training!

There are both part-time and full-time opportunities available. Hours of operation Monday-Saturday 6AM - 11PM. For ambitious people there will be room for growth within our Crumbl crew. If you are a fun, energetic person who loves being a part of a team, we are excited to meet you.
