Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows. You will build and support integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and other ServiceNow integration technologies while advancing Now Assist use cases for ITSM and Service Desk operations.

You will also design and enhance Virtual Agent and chatbot automation to improve employee self-service, and configure Flow Designer, Business Rules,

Hands-on experience building ServiceNow solutions and workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Build and support integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and other ServiceNow integration technologies.
Develop and implement Now Assist use cases for ITSM and Service Desk operations.
Design and enhance ServiceNow Virtual Agent and chatbot automation to improve self-service.
Configure Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
Troubleshoot production issues, support releases, and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and operations teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
