Job summary

SAIT is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to advance its ServiceNow platform. You will gather requirements, design workflows, and coordinate the ServiceNow team to deliver on time.

The ideal candidate has ServiceNow experience, strong communication, and a track record in business analysis and process improvement. You will engage stakeholders, train end-users, and contribute to governance and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in ServiceNow platform.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with ITSM/HRSD/CSM modules.
• BA responsibilities across the project lifecycle.
• Hands-on process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead interviews, meetings, and workshops to collect requirements.
• Analyze requirements and align with business objectives.
• Liaise between business and ServiceNow teams throughout SDLC.
• Develop test cases and coordinate UAT.
• Create user guides and training materials.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Support project planning, progress tracking, and risk management.
