Job Title - ServiceNow Solution Architect

Remote

Role Description

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will make an impact by being an excellent Solution Architect with ServiceNow. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow team, working collaboratively with the manager, primary team, and other stakeholders.

The ServiceNow Solution Architect provides mentorship and thought leadership in platform design, integration, development standards, platform management, and technology strategy consulting. A Senior Solution Architect has a high-level understanding of scripting, app development, Web services, APIs, and mobile application design.

• Lead and mentor other developers to ensure high technical standards.
• Design, document, and communicate integration approaches for architecture components.
• Research capabilities and propose solutions addressing business needs.
• Educate clients and collaborate on technical solutions.
• Deliver positive client experiences.
• Assist in prioritizing and understanding new opportunities, designing efficient tools and techniques.
• Ensure quality in artifacts, configurations, and interactions.
• Act as the final decision-maker for technical issues within a program.

What you'll do:

• Build and lead teams to complete tasks.
• Provide technical mentoring to developers and architects.
• Define evaluation processes for hiring in the domain.
• Conduct interviews to select candidates.
• Evaluate team capabilities periodically.
• Identify emerging skills and training needs.
• Align resources based on demand projections.
• Record training and development plans with HR.

What you bring to the role

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or IT, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CIS-ITSM; knowledge of ITIL v3.
• Experience in consulting, service management, and software development.
• Configuration experience on multiple platforms.
• Senior technical experience for 2+ years.
• Preferred: ITSM, ITIL v3, additional certifications.
