Security & Risk Solution Architect – ServiceNow

As a Security & Risk Solution Architect – ServiceNow, you will provide mentorship and thought leadership in platform design, integration, development standards, platform management, technology strategy, and process standards. You will collaborate with the implementation project team and be a valued member of Cognizant.

Responsibilities

• Design how the ServiceNow application will look, define module scope, and ensure modules work well together.
• Perform technical development and configuration, maintaining high standards and mentoring junior/mid developers.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and design discussions for Security & Risk projects, aligning with ServiceNow and security methodologies.
• Plan for future scalability and support of the ServiceNow digital solution.
• Contribute to improving delivery processes and maturing portfolios and capabilities.
• Prioritize opportunities, and design tools and techniques for efficient delivery.
• Understand frameworks, platform applications, and technical stacks for solution building.
• Make final technical decisions within projects.
• Define risk versus value for third-party integrations with ServiceNow.
• Explain governance related to the platform and project to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript.
• Proven experience in Security & Risk domain with over 6 years on ServiceNow platform.
• Participation in 20+ ServiceNow implementations across various disciplines.
• Knowledge of AngularJS, SOAP, REST, JSON, AJAX, CSS, SaSS, HTML5, SP Widgets, XML is desired.
• At least 3 years of solution architecture experience in ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Knowledge of IT4IT, ITILv4, TOGAF.
• Experience with two additional product lines outside Security & Risk.
• Certified Application Developer.
• Security & Risk ServiceNow CIS Certifications (2+).
