Job summary

Raise is hiring a ServiceNow ITOM Specialist on behalf of our client in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. You will lead Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB initiatives, working across server, network, security, cloud and application teams to deliver robust ITOM solutions.

The role focuses on planning, design, workshop facilitation, and practical implementation approaches with hands-on configuration of Discovery, MID Servers and CMDB data quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Hands-on ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery and CMDB implementation experience.
• Experience leading or facilitating technical workshops.
• Strong understanding of MID Servers, Discovery, Service Mapping, IRE, and CSDM.
• Good infrastructure knowledge across Windows/Linux, networking, VMware and cloud environments.
• ServiceNow ITOM/Discovery/Service Mapping/CMDB certifications are desirable.

• Configuring CMDB health Dashboard, Ci Class Manager.
• Troubleshoot Discovery, connectivity, credential and configuration issues.
• Develop testing, validation and deployment approaches.
• Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to operational teams.
• Identify risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement throughout implementation

• Pay Rate: $110.00 – $120.00/hour, depending on experience
• Contract End Date: Start Date 12/01/2026 End Date 11/30/2027 (1 Year)

Note: The primary pay rate is based on the rate for an incorporated contractor who owns their own business. However, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in a T4 arrangement, where applicable.

Description

The ITOM Specialist will support the planning, design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, with a focus on Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM 5.0. This is a hands‑on project role requiring strong technical knowledge combined with the ability to facilitate workshops, develop implementation approaches, and work across technical teams to deliver solutions.

• Hands on Experience is modifying OOB Patterns
• Strong understanding of MID Servers, Discovery, Service Mapping, IRE, and CSDM.
• Good infrastructure knowledge across Windows/Linux, networking, VMware and cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, solution design and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ServiceNow ITOM/Discovery/Service Mapping/CMDB certifications are desirable.
