BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB / Discovery Developer for Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Position Title: ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB / Discovery Developer

Anticipated Start Date: 1/26/2025 (target date subject to change)

Expected Duration: 2 years 6 months Contract

Job Type: Contract (40 hrs weekly), Onsite

Pay Range: CAD $60-$75 per hour

Actual compensation may vary within this range based on location, experience, and responsibilities.

Job Description

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ITOM suite: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB
• Deep understanding of CMDB design, CI relationships, reconciliation, and normalization
• Deep understanding of CSDM, CI lifecycle, and CMDB governance
• Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise tools
