Job summary

LTIMindtree Canada is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM SME to design, configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules in alignment with business needs. You will develop workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform and collaborate with analysts and project managers to gather requirements.

You will also provide technical support, perform root cause analysis, maintain documentation, and contribute to upgrades and patches while upholding best practices and ITIL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8 years of experience as ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Catalog modules.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
