REALIGN LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM Specialist to manage the CMDB design, implementation, governance, and overall health. You will ensure CI data is accurate, complete, and properly represented through defined classes and relationships.

The role focuses on CMDB architecture, data quality, governance, and alignment with CSDM principles, working with infrastructure, applications, and IT service teams onsite in Toronto.

The ideal candidate will ensure Configuration Item (CI) data is accurate, complete, compliant, and properly represented through defined classes and relationships.

Key Responsibilities
