Job summary

REALIGN LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM Specialist to manage the CMDB design, implementation, governance, and overall health. You will ensure CI data is accurate, complete, and properly represented through defined classes and relationships.

The role focuses on CMDB architecture, data quality, governance, and alignment with CSDM principles, working with infrastructure, applications, and IT service teams onsite in Toronto.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB architecture and administration.
• CMDB data quality management, health monitoring, and remediation.
• Understanding of CI classes and relationships and CMDB governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB architecture.
• Manage CI classes, attributes, and relationships.
• Ensure CMDB data quality, completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Monitor CMDB health metrics and improve completeness and correctness.
• Establish CMDB governance processes, standards, and best practices.
• Identify data-quality issues and implement remediation strategies.
• Align CMDB structures with CSDM principles.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain accurate CI information.
• Support CMDB improvement and governance initiatives.
