Sunbelt Rentals is hiring a Service Writer in Regina, Canada. You will support daily service operations by managing work orders, processing warranty claims, coordinating parts, and delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong administrative skills, and proficiency with computers and data entry. Prior experience in service roles and equipment industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry is required.
• Experience as Service Writer/Coordinator or related role is preferred.
• Experience with work orders, warranty claims or parts inventory is beneficial.
• Experience in the equipment rental/ construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open, update, and close work orders accurately.
• Process and track warranty claims.
• Order, receive, and distribute parts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
• Enter and manage service calls.
• Coordinate with technicians and field service scheduling.
• Process service invoices and maintain equipment records.
• Prepare damage reports and related documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Communicate service updates and customer concerns.
