Job summary

Redhead Equipment is seeking a Warranty Manager to support the Service team across all branches. The role involves overseeing the warranty claims process and coordinating with Warranty Administrators and Service Managers to ensure timely, accurate settlements.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in a dealership service environment, with technical understanding of equipment and the ability to interpret repair orders, parts invoices, and service bulletins.

We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan. We are seeking a Warranty Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the warranty claims process for all divisions of the company. This position will work with branch Warranty Administrators and Service Managers on an ongoing basis.

Key Abilities:

• -Refining and managing internal /external warranty processes across all product lines
• -Ensure all submitted claims through manufacturer portals are tracked by; approvals, partial settlements, adjustments, and rejections
• -Liaise directly with OEM warranty departments to resolve complex, escalated, or disputed claims
• -Facilitate warranty related training on warranty documentation requirements, policies

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• -Minimum 3 years of experience in a dealership service environment
• -Technical understanding of equipment with the ability to interpret repair orders, parts invoices, and technical service bulletins
• -Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
