• Process warranty submissions with vendors by interpreting repair documentation.
• Reconcile warranty claims against service records and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, parts staff, and internal teams.
• Maintain up-to-date records of warranty activities for audits and reporting.
• Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve claim issues.
• Monitor claim trends and report to management for improvements.
• Review technician repair stories and parts usage to ensure warranty compliance.
