Job summary

Kieswetter Mazda is seeking a Service Porter to support the service department and ensure a smooth, customer‑centered operation in the Kitchener area. You will move and park vehicles, keep the service drive clean, greet customers, and assist with various tasks to support technicians and advisors.

The role requires a high school diploma, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs, and a courteous, team‑oriented approach in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Physical ability to perform manual labour, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), as well as standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Move and park vehicles in a safe and efficient manner within the dealership lot and service area.

• Greeting customers promptly in the service drive.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers and address their needs promptly.
• Assist with shuttle service for customers, if applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager/Fixed Operations Manager.

The Service Porter is responsible for moving and parking vehicles, maintaining the cleanliness of the service area, greeting customers, and assisting with various tasks to support the service department. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations and a positive customer experience at Kieswetter Mazda.
