Kieswetter Mazda in Kitchener, ON is seeking a reliable Parts Shipper/Receiver & Tire Storage Coordinator for our Parts Department. This full-time role suits someone who values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Validated Ontario Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous automotive parts/shipping/warehouse or tire storage experience is an asset.
• Forklift experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments.
• Verify deliveries and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Organize and stock parts in designated storage locations.
• Pick, package, and prepare parts for delivery or customer pickup.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts warehouse.
• Manage seasonal tire storage inventory, including tracking and retrieval.
• Assist technicians and service advisors with parts requests.
• Operate company vehicles for parts movement and deliveries.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Kieswetter Mazda is looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Parts Shipper/Receiver & Tire Storage Coordinator to join our Parts Department. This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments
• Verify deliveries and ensure inventory accuracy
• Organize and stock parts in designated storage locations
• Pick, package, and prepare parts for delivery or customer pickup
• Maintain a clean and organized parts warehouse
• Manage seasonal tire storage inventory, including tracking, organizing, and retrieving customer tires
• Assist technicians and service advisors with parts requests
• Operate company vehicles as required for parts movement and deliveries
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
