Kieswetter Mazda in Kitchener is seeking a Service Porter to help move and park vehicles, keep the service area clean, greet customers, and support the service team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Move and park vehicles safely on the dealership lot and service area.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, parking lot, car wash, and waiting areas.
• Retrieve and deliver customer vehicles as requested by service advisors or technicians.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after service.
• Wash and detail customer vehicles as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are locked and secured when not in use.
• Greet customers in the service drive and provide courteous service.
• Assist with shuttle service for customers, if applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager/Fixed Operations Manager.
