The role involves maintaining CRM/ERP records and providing regular updates to stakeholders while upholding Health & Safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–6 years in service coordination, customer service, or order management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience expected.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair, field service, and parts orders from request to completion.
• Prepare quotations including labour, materials, parts, and scope of work.
• Review technical reports and drawings to determine repair needs.
• Coordinate communication between customers, sales, technicians, and vendors.
• Schedule service work and ensure timely delivery; monitor progress.
• Maintain CRM/ERP records and assist with invoicing and closures.
