Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and track truck and trailer parts stock levels.
• Order new inventory and transfer invoices to accounts.
• Assist in daily planning of repair and maintenance schedules.
• Enter repair and maintenance work into the company database.
• Ensure timely service of equipment and uphold truck/trailer compliance.
• Coordinate with safety department to notify drivers of services due.
• Possess a valid G license to pick up parts from dealerships.
• Organize and locate common parts within the shop.
• Handle other shop-related tasks as they arise.

We are looking for a candidate with previous work experience and strong work ethics.

Job Duties

• Manage and track truck and trailer parts stock levels
• Order new inventory as needed and transfer invoices to the accounts department
• Help in the daily planning of repair and maintenance work schedules
• Enter repair and maintenance work into the company's database
• Ensure timely service of company equipment, upholding truck and trailer compliance
• Coordinate with the safety department to notify drivers of services due
• Valid G license to pick up parts from dealerships as needed
• Ability to pick up and organize common parts within the shop.
