Job summary

Charger Logistics Inc. in Brampton is seeking a motivated coordinator to support daily repair and service operations for our North American assets. You will handle orders, inventory, invoices, and real-time status updates while liaising with customers and shops.

The role calls for 1+ years in a coordination role in the service/repair field, strong communication, and mechanical aptitude. Competitive salary and benefits are offered for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• College diploma or University degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years in a coordination role, preferably in service and repair.
• Experience in Heavy Truck/Automotive industry is an asset.
• Experience in ordering parts/parts coordination is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily records of repairs and delivery.
• Handle and respond to inbound calls for repairs/service.
• Review expense reports from mechanics for approval.
• Review all open service work orders and ensure costs are accounted for.
• Ensure accurate, real-time statuses on all shop work.
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
• Manage inventory for telematics in system and on ground.
• Prepare invoices for customers and send for deductions.
• Work on OOS truck/trailer reports and follow up.
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy, damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers in a professional manner.
• Manage and track truck/trailer parts inventory and order parts as needed.
• Examine and inspect immediately.
• Ensure compliance and accurate documentation for audits.
• Review parts orders and schedule trucks for daily installations.
• Enter order information into the service ordering system for accurate billing.
• Assist parts department in routine inventory count.

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Brampton office location.

Responsibilities-:

• Maintain and update daily records of repairs and delivery.
• Handle and respond to inbound calls for both internal and external repairs/ service.
• Review expense reports from mechanics for approval.
• Review all open service work orders in the system and ensure all the costs have been accounted for.
• Ensure accurate and real-time statuses on all work being performed in the shop
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
• Managing inventory for telematics in system and on ground.
• Prepare invoices for customers and also send for deductions.
• Working on OOS truck and trailer report and follow up with them.
• Inspect deliveries for incoming and outgoing items for accuracy, damage or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisor
• Work with a positive and professional attitude and communicate effectively and efficiently with customers
• Manage and track truck and trailer parts inventory and order parts as necessary.
• Examine and inspect immediately.
• Ensure compliance and accurate documentation for audit.
• Review parts that are ordered in and schedule the trucks in to have the parts installed daily.
• Enters order information correctly into the computerized service ordering system to ensure accurate billings including; ensuring all parts are billed out correctly on each line and work order.
• Assist parts department in routine inventory count.

• Must have had a minimum of 1+ years in a coordination role, preferably in the service and repair industry
• Previous experience in Heavy Truck/ Automotive Industry is an asset.
• Previous experience in ordering parts/ parts coordination is an asset
