Job summary

Charger Logistics Inc. in Calgary is seeking a motivated Parts Clerk/Coordinator to manage truck and trailer parts stock, order inventory, and transfer invoices to accounts. You will help plan daily repair and maintenance work, enter repair data, and ensure timely service while maintaining fleet compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience as parts clerk/coordinator.
• Hard worker with a positive attitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work extended hours and on weekends.
• Valid G class license.
• Preferred post-secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track truck and trailer parts stock levels.
• Order new inventory as needed and transfer invoices to the accounts department.
• Help in the daily planning of repair and maintenance work schedules.
• Enter repair and maintenance work into the company's database.
• Ensure timely service of company equipment, upholding truck and trailer compliance.
• Coordinate with the safety department to notify drivers of services due.
• Valid G license to pick up parts from dealerships as needed.
• Ability to pick up and organize common parts within the shop.
• Handle other shop-related tasks as they arise.

We are looking for a candidate with previous work experience and strong work ethics.
