Charger Logistics Inc. in Brampton is seeking a Maintenance Analyst to join our Service Department. You will work with Safety, Shop and Warehouse teams to manage warranty claim processing and improve operational efficiency.

You will analyze transaction history, reconcile data, and prepare weekly and monthly reports, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Inventory management experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review daily truck repairs for warranty coverage.
• Submit warranty claims via manufacturers' website and follow up.
• Track damaged inventory from suppliers for reimbursement or credit.
• Review warranty repair orders for accuracy and legibility.
• Check repair history to avoid duplicate claims.
• Maintain records of all claims and current status.
• Provide daily claims status reports to the service manager.
• Prepare repair orders for resubmission after returns/rejections.

Job description

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Brampton office.

As a Maintenance Analyst you will work closely with our Safety, Shop and Warehouse team to manage complete and accurate processing of warranty claims. You will be expected to contribute to the operational efficiency of the Service Department. The incumbent will also be responsible to analyze transaction history in our system, reconcile and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily review of all completed truck repairs, and determination of repairs that are covered under warranty.
• 1-2 years of previous warranty experience is preferred, with knowledge of truck and trailer parts and repair processes considered an asset.
• Submit warranty claims through manufactures website and following up with claims.
• Track and document damaged inventory received from suppliers, for reimbursement or credit.
• Review every warranty repair order written for proper completion, accuracy and legibility according to the applicable policies and procedures manual.
• Check each repair order against the truck's service history to avoid making duplicate claims.
• Maintain a record of all claims submitted, returned/rejected, or paid and the current status.
• Provide a daily report to the service manager regarding claims status.
• Review all returned and/or rejected warranty claims and prepare the repair orders for immediate resubmission.
