Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a Service & Parts Advisor at our Brampton location to support truck and trailer maintenance shop operations. You will coordinate repairs, manage parts inventory, and work with mechanics to ensure efficient service delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and hands-on knowledge of heavy-vehicle parts. This is a full-time on-site position with potential for extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience as Service Coordinator.
• Knowledge of truck parts and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Hard worker with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work extended hours and on weekends.
• Strong computer skills, particularly MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily truck and trailer service and maintenance activities, ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner.
• Work closely with mechanics and Service Coordinators to prioritize repairs, assign work, and monitor job progress.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize equipment downtime and maintain fleet compliance.
• Track service requirements and coordinate with the Safety Department to notify drivers of upcoming maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, work orders, and service history in the company’s database.
• Manage truck and trailer parts inventory, monitor stock levels, and order parts as required.
• Coordinate parts availability with mechanics and service staff, ensuring parts are issued and tracked accurately.
• Process parts invoices and forward them to the Accounts Department for payment and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with dealerships and suppliers to source and pick up parts as needed.
• Assist with the organization of parts, tools, and shop supplies to maintain an efficient work environment.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the maintenance shop and assist with other shop-related duties as required.
