Job summary

Charger Logistics Inc. is hiring a parts clerk/coordinator for our Woodstock office. You will manage stock levels for truck and trailer parts, order replacements, and track invoices. You will assist maintenance planning and data entry to keep equipment running on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track truck and trailer parts stock levels.
• Order new inventory as needed and transfer invoices.
• Plan repair and maintenance schedules daily.
• Enter repair and maintenance work into the database.
• Ensure timely service and compliance of equipment.
• Coordinate with safety to notify drivers of services due.
• Load and pick up parts from dealerships as needed.

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Woodstock office who has experience with managing the parts for trucks and trailers. We are looking for a candidate with previous work experience and strong work ethics.

Job Duties

• Manage and track truck and trailer parts stock levels
• Order new inventory as needed and transfer invoices to the accounts department
• Help in the daily planning of repair and maintenance work schedules
• Enter repair and maintenance work into the company’s database
• Ensure timely service of company equipment, upholding truck and trailer compliance
• Coordinate with the safety department to notify drivers of services due
• Valid G license to pick up parts from dealerships as needed
• Ability to pick up and organize common parts within the shop.
• Handle other shop-related tasks as they arise
• Minimum one-year experience as parts clerk/coordinator
• Hard worker with a positive attitude
