Job summary

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking an on-site Parts Clerk/Coordinator in Canada to manage and track truck and trailer parts stock, order parts, and transfer invoices. You'll support daily repair planning, enter maintenance work into the database, and ensure timely service and compliance of equipment.

Requirements include at least one year in a parts role, valid G license, and strong communication skills. Healthcare benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience as parts clerk/coordinator.
• Hard worker with a positive attitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work extended hours and on weekends.
• Valid G class license.
• Preferred post-secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track truck and trailer parts stock levels.
• Order new inventory as needed and transfer invoices to the accounts department.
• Help in the daily planning of repair and maintenance work schedules.
• Enter repair and maintenance work into the company's database.
• Ensure timely service of company equipment, upholding truck and trailer compliance.
• Coordinate with the safety department to notify drivers of services due.
• Valid G license to pick up parts from dealerships as needed.
• Ability to pick up and organize common parts within the shop.
• Handle other shop-related tasks as they arise.
