Responsibilities

• Service Call Management: handle calls, create/approve requests, monitor status.
• Portal & System Management: update portals and internal systems with service data.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping: timely entry for calls, invoices, and POs; maintain records.
• Purchase Order Follow-Up: track POs and confirm materials/services received; communicate updates.
• Customer & Vendor Communication: provide professional support and proactive updates.
• Additional Support: assist with admin tasks and maintain organized documentation.
