Job summary

Cintas Canada in Langley is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer-facing Service team. You will hire, coach and evaluate staff, drive safety, resolve issues, and support sales efforts at customer locations.

The role emphasizes achieving sales and operational goals, managing budgets, and coordinating with other departments. You will travel as needed, oversee payroll, and ensure world-class service and goodwill with customers.

Qualifications

• A valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage the performance of the Service team.
• Provide leadership to ensure a safe working environment.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Coach team on effective sales techniques.
• Meet sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals.
• Manage the budget and address operational issues.
• Provide hands‑on support at customer sites and accompany service representatives.
• Operate a company vehicle and handle product pickups and deliveries.
