Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management, leading the team, resolving customer issues, training on sales techniques, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will also manage sales, profits, inventory and payroll goals, budgets, and operational issues affecting service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying service representatives or visiting customers,

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service desirable.
