Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the customer-facing service team, both on route and in-house. You will supervise, train and evaluate the service team to deliver top-tier customer service and product quality while managing route efficiency and driver compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating renewals, increasing internal sales, and overseeing pickup and delivery of products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must meet provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Prior to start, must hold a valid, full, unrestricted driver's license.
• Experience in sales-related roles preferred.
• Customer service experience in an industrial or service setting preferred.
• Training or instructor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team on route and in-house.
• Oversee customer service and sales activities and product pick-up/delivery.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team for quality and efficiency.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and renewals of contracts.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to work directly with our customer facing service team both on route and in-house. Responsibilities include supervisingthe service team who provides customer service, salesand the pick-up and delivery of products to our customers; hiring, training, developingand evaluating the service team to ensureCintas customers receive the highest level of customer service and product quality in the most efficient manner;driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer sites and assisting the service team with lifting, carrying and walking in and out of customer accounts.This position will oversee several key service department areas including maintaining excellent customer relationships, handling renewals of customer contracts, increasing internal sales, maintaining an efficient route structure and driver compliance. This is a middle-management position with direct supervisory and leadership accountability.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with Provincial requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license

Preferred

• Experience working in a sales related role
• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $70,150 - $89,700/Year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
