Western Kia is looking for an experienced Service Manager who knows that a strong service department starts with a strong team.

We’re looking for someone who can lead with integrity, set clear expectations, support their people, and create an environment where employees feel respected and customers feel looked after.

If you have at least two years of automotive service leadership experience, understand the day-to-day realities of a busy service department, and enjoy helping both people and processes improve, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As Service Manager, you’ll take ownership of the overall performance of the Service Department while working closely with your team every day.

You will:

  • Ensure dealership safety procedures and workplace reporting requirements are followed
  • Look for opportunities to improve how the department operates and how customers are served

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in someone who brings both automotive knowledge and strong people leadership.

Ideally, you will have:

  • At least two years of automotive service leadership experience
  • Previous experience as a Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Fixed Operations leader, or similar automotive leadership role
  • Strong automotive mechanical and technical knowledge
  • Experience coaching, developing, and holding employees accountable

  • The ability to remain professional and solution-focused in difficult customer situations
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • A results-focused approach and willingness to take ownership of department performance
  • Experience with dealership management systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office
  • A valid provincial driver’s licence and clean driving record

Automotive trade certification, formal automotive training, and Kia or other manufacturer-specific experience are considered assets.
