Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking a Service Dispatcher to support customers and coordinate technicians, installations, and billing tasks across Canada. You will dispatch in-house technicians, manage accounts, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment arrangements while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively, and are comfortable with POS systems and Office apps such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Heating products knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with POS equipment and common office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to varying workloads and seasonal demand.
• Knowledge of heating products is a plus.
• Experience with billing systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch in-house technicians and contractors as required.
• Supply and schedule work for in-house technicians and contractors.
• Answer and resolve customer inquiries about service status and products.
• Contact customers as needed and handle service inquiries.
• Set up fixed assets on customer accounts (e.g., water heaters).
• Create Purchase Order Requisitions.
• Open/close accounts as needed.
• Process account adjustments/write-offs.
• Make payment arrangements.
• Manage service-related reports.
• Support daily batches for technicians and contractors.
• Support in-house payroll for gas technicians.
