Job summary

McDougall Energy is seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator for our Sudbury Branch. You will report to the Operations Manager and play a key role in scheduling and dispatching technicians, managing service requests, and ensuring work is completed efficiently with high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of service coordination experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ service coordination experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of TSSA, WHMIS & OPA requirements considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and dispatching technicians to service calls.
• Managing service requests and ensuring timely completion.
• Interfacing with customers for service-related inquiries.
• Monitoring, prioritizing, and scheduling tasks (installations, maintenance, emergency service calls, inspections).
• Registering customers for warranty coverage and maintaining customer accounts.
• Completing purchase orders for equipment, tanks and materials.
• Maintaining inventory levels and performing other office administration duties.
