What’s the role?

As a Bilingual Service Coordinator, you will work with a vital team at Carl Zeiss Limited, showcasing your skills and experience in process enhancement.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Working in our fast-paced Medical Technology Service team, you will be a key contact for customer service requests, coordinating with our Field teams. You will handle requests via phone or email, gather necessary information, open service or sales orders, and direct inquiries to our technical support team. You will also support our in-house and field service specialists by managing parts inventory, expediting orders, and closing service orders.

  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries in English and French via phone and email.
  • Open service orders in our CRM system and dispatch to appropriate specialists based on skills, location, and availability.
  • Process related sales orders.
  • Support Service Engineers with parts inventory management.
  • Close completed service orders ensuring proper billing.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Do you qualify?

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • Experience with SAP and CRM systems is preferable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree required.

Working Environment:

  • Standard hours are typically 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
  • This position is office-based all week.
  • Occasional overtime may be required.
  • Must be able to work shifts between 8 am – 7 pm EST on a weekly or biweekly basis.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
