What You’ll Be Doing

In this dynamic, client-facing role, you'll be the heart of our operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both families and clinicians. Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling with Care: Coordinate appointments to match client needs with clinician availability
  • First Impressions Matter: Handle calls, emails, and inquiries with warmth and professionalism
  • Clinic Coordination: Manage inboxes, calendars, and support the intake process for new clients
  • Confidential Data Management: Keep accurate client records in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
  • Billing Made Simple: Generate invoices, process payments, and assist with insurance/billing questions
