Job summary

Levitt-Safety Limited, based in Port Coquitlam, is seeking a Service Coordinator to support our Service Technicians and ensure exceptional customer service throughout scheduling, execution, and invoicing. You will coordinate service jobs for the BC region and maintain thorough records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

About the role

As the Service Coordinator, you’ll play a key front-line role supporting our Service Technicians and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service every step of the way.

Based in Port Coquitlam and reporting to the Service Admin Supervisor, you’ll use your strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills to coordinate service jobs, from scheduling through to invoicing - making sure every detail is handled efficiently and accurately.
