Job summary

McDougall Energy Inc. in Timmins, Ontario, is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our Operations team. You will coordinate daily deliveries, optimize routes, and support drivers to meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has dispatch and logistics experience in the Timmins region, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. AZ/DZ license is an asset.

Qualifications

• Dispatch and logistics experience with Timmins region knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, dispatch and optimize daily deliveries.
• Provide drivers with routes and customer requirements.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with manager.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Communicate delivery changes to customers.
• Uphold health and safety policies and SOPs.
• Perform other office admin duties.
