Performance Auto Group's Brampton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a Service Concierge to deliver outstanding customer experiences at the Brampton Auto Mall location. You will greet customers, assist with vehicle servicing, and help maintain a clean, organized drive-through and lot.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, with a valid Ontario G license, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree or diploma is required.
• Valid Ontario Class G licence with a clean driving record.
• Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Merchandising experience is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their needs.
• Tag and park service vehicles; keep drive-through and lot organized.
• Have basic knowledge of vehicle washing.
• Conduct free alignment inspections.
• Provide valet service to clients.
• Deliver exceptional service that reflects the dealership.
• Handle other duties as assigned by management.
