Performance Honda Mayfield, part of Performance Auto Group, is hiring a Service Concierge in Brampton, Ontario. The role focuses on greeting customers, valet service, and supporting the service department with administrative duties while maintaining a clean drive-thru and organized lot.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree or diploma, a valid Ontario driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree or diploma.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's license and good driving record.
• Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Self-starter who can work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of vehicle makes and models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers.
• Tag and park service vehicles.
• Assist service department with administrative duties.
• Wash vehicles.
• Conduct free alignment inspections and keep parking lot organized.
• Greet customers and keep the drive-thru clean.
• Provide exceptional customer service that exemplifies the dealership.

Performance Honda Mayfield is looking for a team oriented Service Concierge to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong work ethics and a willingness to learn and succeed. Reporting into the Service Manager, this position will mainly be responsible for identifying, recommending and documenting service maintenance and repairs for customers.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
