Job summary

Brampton North Nissan, part of Performance Auto Group, is seeking a Service Concierge to welcome guests, manage vehicle parking and valet services, and assist with basic vehicle care in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role requires a Saturdays shift, a valid Ontario G license, and a strong customer-service mindset. Join a team that values integrity, growth, and community involvement at multiple Ontario locations.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree or diploma.
• Must be available to work on Saturdays.
• Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
• Merchandising experience is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers.
• Tagging and parking service vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of washing vehicles.
• Conducting free alignments inspections and keeping the parking lot organized.
• Greeting customers and keeping the drive-thru clean.
• Provide exceptional customer service that exemplifies our dealership.
• Provide valet service to clients to and from the dealerships.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $18.00 - $19.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
